Our approach is simple but it takes a lot of passion and a lot of work to be this good.

Barbecue Inspiration / Passion

The 3rd Coast (aka Gulf Coast) is the inspiration for our flavors. While TeXas craft BBQ is the heart and soul of our small family business, we also enjoy sharing Troy’s culinary talents with a great gumbo, spicy crawfish, fresh fish, oysters, shrimp, grilled steak, big burgers, soothing soul food and tacos. Let me tell ya…that’s a mouthful.

Our menu blends all the joys offered along the third coast region. Pair it with slow-smoked TeXas BBQ and nothing but goodness can happen.
